Palkh reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. We will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
Return and Exchange Policy
We take uttermost care not to supply defective items however if a product is found to be defective we will replace the product. We accept returns within 24hrs (1 Day) of the date you receive your package only for valid reason like manufacturing Defect, Damaged product supplied. Shipping charges would be borne by us only if the product is damaged /defective and has to be exchanged. Handling cost of Rs. 100 or 10% whichever is higher will be debited. A coupon code will be given instead of a refund. A coupon code can be used at checkout for your next purchase.
A clear unboxing video is compulsory/ mandatory for any exchange or return and has to be emailed to us at within 24 hrs.
- There will be no exchange and return on the sale, discounted or offer product.
- The price of our products is inclusive of the G.S.T. (goods and services tax).
- Colour of the product might slightly different due to resolution and Color composition. We cannot guarantee of the product colour displayed on the website.
